Job summary

• Under direct supervision, compiles routine statistics and prepares simple reports.
• Works with Service Coordinator during pre-planning and job execution and maintains simple records.
• Interfaces with shop personnel regarding preparation of tools and equipment for the jobs.
• Prepares drawings according to customer specifications.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and ensures HSE compliance.
• Contributes to quality improvement processes.

Job Duties

• Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and 3 years of experience in field operations.
• Field or shop experience and detailed technical knowledge and applications of products in the Product Service Lines (PSL's) preferred.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
• Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process.
