• Evaluate processes and revise procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
• Serve as back-up to a Service Coordinator when needed.
• Apply detailed PSL product knowledge and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Promote safety awareness and environmental compliance and adhere to HSE guidelines.
• Support continuing quality improvement initiatives.

Job Duties

• Under general supervision, manages SAP process and provides technical and operational expertise to internal and external customers.


• Interfaces with Business Development, Technology and Operations to research equipment and solutions, contribute to development of procedures and provides support throughout the execution of work.


• Evaluates processes, revises procedures, and or devises new method to improve efficiency of work flow.


• Will serve as a back-up to a Service Coordinator in his absence.


• Detailed technical knowledge and application of products in Product Service Lines (PSL's) is required.


• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.


• Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.


• Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement process.

Qualifications
