Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative Technical Manager to join our team on-site at our Bali Nagar office in New Delhi. This role focuses primarily on high-value modular kitchen projects across India, while managing secondary growth opportunities in the Gulf market.
You will manage the entire supply chain pipelinefrom client consulting, pricing, and project planning to shipping, local vendor curation, and final on-site installation. While this job description covers a wide scope of responsibilities, you will not be alone. You will work alongside an international team of European and Indian colleagues who will guide, support, and help you familiarize yourself with areas outside your core expertise. Because this role touches multiple aspects of our business, the ideal applicant must have a strong urge to learn new things and thrive under structured, highly supportive management.
Role & responsibilities
- Management: Act as the core technical point of contact for premium clients and developers across India, alongside secondary accounts in the GCC. Identify product specifications and drive design-forward concepts.
- Quotations & Estimation: Create precise technical quotes, cost estimates, and bills of materials (BOM) tailored to modular kitchen specifications, hardware mechanisms, and shipping margins.
- Information Filtering & Handover: Filter and structure raw site dimensions, architectural drawings, and client layouts into accurate, production-ready technical handovers for internal design and factory teams.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain. Coordinate domestic transport and cross-border shipping between manufacturing hubs, India, and the Gulf region.
- Process Documentation & Supervision: Plan and track project timelines using Microsoft Office. Supervise internal engineering and production workflows to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- On-Site Execution & Presentations: Present concepts to corporate and B2B clients. Step in directly on-site to coordinate delivery, manage local assembly teams, and oversee kitchen installations when components arrive.
- Vendor Curation: Scout and manage local premium vendors to source supplementary materials, push cutting-edge design trends, and maintain localized production advantages.
Required Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end supply chain and project execution experience strictly within the modular kitchen industry.
- Software & Systems Literacy:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for costing sheets and project timelines).
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems for inventory, supply chain, or order tracking.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or standard kitchen design programs to read, interpret, and modify technical layout drawings.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English to seamlessly navigate corporate accounts and freight partners.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of supply chain management, cargo dispatch, delivery timelines, and logistics tracking.
