Job summary

xCess Manpower in India is seeking a senior laboratory leader to run the Mechanical & Metallography department from test requests through final reports. You will supervise machining and testing to ASTM/ISO standards, ensure QC under ISO/IEC 17025, coordinate NABL audits, and review draft reports for Dir­ector approval.

The role requires guiding engineers and technicians, maintaining calibration programs, and upholding lab excellence in line with NABL accreditation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a materials / metal testing laboratory.
• Experience in an NABL (ISO/IEC 17025) accredited laboratory.
• Experience in leading a team of engineers and technicians.
