Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager with a strong foundation in IT Services Delivery and support. The ideal candidate has transitioned from a Delivery role, bringing deep operational insight, client-facing expertise, and a track record of managing end-to-end software delivery lifecycles. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management of teams across IT services, ensuring high performance, strong governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & People Management:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, Data engineers, support teams, and delivery professionals.
• Build a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and growth planning.

Transition from Delivery to People Management:

• Leverage delivery experience to align team objectives with business goals.

IT Services & Operations Oversight:

• Manage and monitor IT service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Process and Performance Optimization:

• Drive process improvements using metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL/ISO/SOC standards in service operations.
• Establish strong governance frameworks for delivery, testing, and support processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT services, including 5+ years in Delivery roles and 3+ years in people management.
• Strong IT services background with experience in test management, automation tools, and quality metrics.
• Proven experience in managing geographically distributed teams.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Proficient in delivery management tools and Data Engineering tool.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification (Scrum Master, SAFe)
