Technical Project Execution:** ? Manage end-to-end project execution for supply and installation of Wall Panels. ? Coordinate with internal production & sales teams, contractors, and Clients to ensure timely. ? coordinate with plant team for material arrangement ? Monitor execution quality installation and ensure compliance with product specifications and safety standards.**2. Site Management & Installation**: ? Supervise installation activities at project sites and ensure adherence to approved drawings and installation procedures. ? Guide and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and installation teams. ? Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with technical standards.**3. Client & Contractor Interaction:** ? Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and builders to promote Wall panels. ? Address customer queries, post-sales issues, and ensure technical satisfaction.**4. Quality Assurance & Safety:** ? Ensure all installation work complies with company quality standards and client requirements. ? Conduct quality inspections and maintain execution checklists and reports. ? Monitor compliance with safety regulations and promote safe work practices at all project sites. ? Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.**5. Documentation & Reporting**? Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.? Maintain records of site activities, material consumption, inspection reports, and project documentation.?
