Job summary

Vivaldis in India is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to provide scientific and product support for our veterinary portfolio. You will work with Veterinary Practitioners and Sales & Marketing teams to enhance product awareness and deliver technical training.

The role involves conducting product clinical trials, coordinating with veterinary colleges, delivering training to the sales force, writing technical articles, and traveling across India to meet veterinarians and support product

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support within veterinary or animal health industries.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary products and clinical research.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel across India for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide product related technical/scientific information to veterinary practitioners.
• Plan for Product Clinical trials, develop a protocol and coordinate with Veterinary Colleges for conducting these trials.
• Extend regular support to conduct clinical/demonstration studies and update Marketing and Veterinary sales teams.
• Coordinate with Veterinary Institutions/Licensing authorities to enhance corporate image.
• Deliver CVEs to Veterinary Institutions/Clinicians/Pet Parents, etc.
• Write product related blogs and technical articles.
• Provide product related technical training to sales team on a regular basis.
• Handle all product related technical queries from customers.
• Complete at least 8 days of field work across India with the sales team to meet Veterinary doctors and assist in product promotions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Veterinary Practitioners and Sales & Marketing Teams to enhance product awareness and provide technical training.

Role & responsibilities

• Provide product related technical /scientific information to clients like Veterinary practitioners.
• Plan for Product Clinical trials, develop a protocol and coordinate with Veterinary Colleges for conducting these trials
• Extend regular support to conduct clinical/demonstration study related to product portfolios/marketing campaign/new launches and provide regular update to Marketing and Veterinary sales team
• Regular coordination with Veterinary Institution/Licensing authority (If any) to enhance the corporate image
• Deliver CVEs to Veterinary Institutions/Clinicians/Pet Parents etc.
• Write product related blogs & technical articles
• Provide product related technical training/on job product training to sales team on regular basis.
• Handle all the product related technical queries from the customers.
• Need to do at least 8 days of field work across India with the sales team to meet Veterinary doctors, and help the sales team in product promotion and solve any product related queries raised by these customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification:

MVSc (Master of Veterinary Science) or BVSc (Bachelor of Veterinary Science)

• Prior experience in a Technical support role within the veterinary or animal health industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of veterinary products, clinical research, and pet health.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with veterinary professionals and sales teams.
• Willingness to travel across India for field visits.
