The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 6–8 years in FM or technical operations, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, UPS, DG, fire safety and BMS, plus vendor management and audit compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Only Engineering Background).
  • 6-8 years of experience in Facility Management or Technical Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG, fire & life safety, plumbing and BMS systems.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance planning and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance, safety standards and audit requirements.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of all building technical systems.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed as per schedule.
  • Monitor HVAC, electrical, UPS, DG, fire safety, plumbing and critical infrastructure performance.
  • Manage technical service vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Support facility audits, inspections and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Drive energy optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Respond to technical incidents, emergencies and business continuity requirements.
  • Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records and reports.
