Job description

The Technical Manager Drone Delivery will be responsible for leading the complete technical lifecycle of drone delivery platforms, from design and component selection through integration, testing, certification, deployment, and operational support. The role requires deep technical expertise in UAV systems, subsystem integration, and drone delivery operations to ensure reliable, safe, and scalable solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electronics, embedded software, manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and operations to successfully deliver drone platforms for commercial and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
  • Lead the complete lifecycle of drone delivery platform development.
  • Define technical architecture and system specifications.
  • Review engineering designs and technical documentation.
  • Drive continuous product improvements.
Drone System Development

Manage end-to-end development of:

Testing & Validation
  • Plan and execute laboratory, ground, and flight tests.
  • Validate system reliability, endurance, payload capacity, and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with technical requirements and quality standards.
  • Review flight logs and recommend design improvements.
Manufacturing Support
  • Provide technical guidance during production.
  • Review manufacturing drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Support production issue resolution.
  • Improve manufacturability and assembly processes.

  • Promote adherence to engineering quality and safety standards.
  • Support risk assessments and technical audits.
