Job summary

AKMV Consultants Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, is developing industrial-grade tethered drone platforms for façade cleaning, solar panel cleaning, surveillance, and industrial inspection. You will join early core engineering and shape product from prototype to commercial deployment.

As an early engineering hire, you will own design revisions, BOM and technical documentation, while collaborating with manufacturing partners to ensure robust, scalable solutions and successful certifications.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering.
• Experience in Drone/UAV product development and DFMEA.
• Knowledge of flight mechanics, stability, payload calculations, and thrust analysis.
• Proficiency with CAD tools like SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or CATIA.
• Hands-on prototyping and drone system integration.
• Flight controller tuning with ArduPilot.

Role Overview

As one of the first core engineering hires, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our prototype tethered drone platform into a commercially deployable industrial product. This position offers high ownership, rapid learning, and the opportunity to shape the future engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance mechanical, electrical, and tethered systems.
• Lead prototype assembly, validation, and testing.
