We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of a commercial facility in Goregaon. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, and oversee vendors and contractors to uphold the operational integrity of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, BMS, etc.).
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Coordinate with service providers, monitor AMC performance, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Respond to technical emergencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Review technical designs and assist in new installations or modifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, energy efficiency, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and statutory documentation.
• Collaborate with facility management teams to support smooth building operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in MEP operations within commercial or high‑rise buildings.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical panels, pumps, fire systems, and plumbing networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot, supervise technical staff, and manage multiple vendors.
• Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Grade‑A commercial properties or corporate offices.
• Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) and energy conservation practices.
• Certifications in safety, electrical licensing, or fire compliance are a plus.
