Job summary

SOLIZE PARTNERS India Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Leader – Technical to provide end-to-end technical leadership for Dassault Systèmes solutions,[Both Pre & Post Sales] guiding teams, resolving complex issues, and driving best practices.

The role acts as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, interfacing with sales, Dassault Technical teams, and Brand teams to deliver value. The position focuses on mentoring engineers, managing escalations, and developing reusable technical assets

Qualifications

• 10–15 years leading a technical team in the engineering software domain, with at least 5 years in leadership, support, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of PLM principles and engineering workflows.
• Leadership competencies include coaching, stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of Dassault technologies including CATIA, DELMIA, BIOVIA & SIMULIA and 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Dassault Systèmes products; mentor engineers and establish standards.
• Lead Pre & Post Sales activities with the sales team and resolve critical escalations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and knowledge articles; promote knowledge sharing.
• Drive automation for monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting; adopt industry best practices.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of technical resources; foster collaboration and continuous learning.
• Evaluate new Dassault Systèmes releases and features; identify improvements to support processes.

Job Summary:

Solize is looking for a Leader – Technical who is responsible for providing technical leadership for Dassault Systèmes solutions [ Both Pre & Post Sales] by driving technical excellence, product expertise, customer support, issue resolution, and capability & competency development. The role focuses on mentoring technical teams, managing complex technical escalations, ensuring adherence to best practices, and serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders. Leader – Technical will act as the face of SOLIZE, interfacing and working closely with the internal sales teams, Dassault Systemes Technical teams as well as Brand teams to deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership across Dassault Systèmes products and related technologies. Guide and mentor the team of engineers in diagnosing and resolving complex product & application related issues. Establish technical standards, documentation, and best practices. Review technical solutions and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Act as the highest technical escalation point for critical customer issues.
• Customer Technical Engagement
• Lead technical Pre & Post Sales alongside the sale team helping & supporting them on day-to-day basis. Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations while meeting service-level commitments. Monitor recurring issues and identify long-term corrective actions. Improve technical support processes and knowledge management practices.
• Mentor Technical Consultants, Support Engineers, and Product Specialists. Conduct technical reviews and coaching sessions. Identify competency gaps and develop technical learning plans. Support recruitment and onboarding of technical resources. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles. Promote knowledge sharing across teams. Build reusable technical assets and diagnostic procedures. Standardize troubleshooting methodologies and support processes.
• Evaluate new Dassault Systèmes product releases and features. Recommend improvements to support methodologies and operational efficiency. Drive automation initiatives for monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting. Encourage adoption of industry’s best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements - Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 10 – 15 years of experience in a similar role of leading a technical team in the engineering software domain, preferably from the Dassault Systemes eco system with a minimum of 5 years in technical leadership, support, or technical sales role.
• Strong understanding of PLM principles and engineering workflows.
• Strong leadership competencies like technical leadership, Coaching and mentoring, Customer-focused problem solving, Analytical thinking, Decision making, Stakeholder management, Communication and presentation skills, Collaboration across cross-functional teams & Continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have/preferred skills and experience

• Knowledge of Dassault technologies, including CATIA, DELMIA, BIOVIA & SIMULIA alongside the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform with certifications.
• Hands-on experience of working with the 3DEXPERIENCE® Platform.
• Knowledge of CAD Automation technologies EKL and languages like JAVA, MQL and JPO knowledge.
• Exposure to cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of Hardware, Operating Systemes and Data base management.
