Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Pune, India, is seeking a User Success Engineer – ENOVIA Support to help customers worldwide with the DS PLM suite. You will troubleshoot issues, support production deployments, and engage in customer calls to deliver value and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production with 60% in all academics and no gaps.
• 1–3 years of industry experience with any CAD and/or PLM software.
• Underwent CAD/PLM training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customers/Partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Dassault Systèmes' suite of PLM Products
• Respond immediately in case of Customer crisis situations
• Work closely with customers and partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth deployment/production run
• Participate in customer calls on demand, demonstrating technical expertise and delivering enhanced value & satisfaction
• Create Knowledge capitalization content on key technical topics
• Be self-motivated and engage in challenging situations demanding high reactivity, while raising quality of DS Customer Support
• Troubleshoot and debug issues by analyzing traces/logs and other third-party tools
• Ensure Knowledge capitalization content creation regularly and spread awareness

We are looking for a candidate with hands‑on experience with any CAD software and preferably some exposure to PLM. We have a key mission to support our Customers globally, on Dassault Systèmes' suite of PLM Products.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Assist Customers/Partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Dassault Systèmes' suite of PLM Products

Qualifications

• B.E., B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) from premier institutions with good academic track records 60% throughout in all academics with NO GAPS
• 1-3 years Industry Experience with any CAD and/or PLM software
• Candidate should have undergone any CAD/PLM training or Certification of CAD/PLM software
• Exposure to PLM operations and concepts is an added advantage
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, required
• Must be able to help Customers and the Development Team analyze and diagnose complex system problems via telephone or e-mail, and make sound judgments based on deciding priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
