Job summary

We.PLM is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to shape PLM transformations for leading industrial clients. You will drive architecture across the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, align technology with business goals, and lead workshops to produce functional specifications and use cases.

You will partner with executives and project teams, travel to Western Europe as needed, and mentor consultants. A strong engineering background and DS certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in PLM consulting or solution architecture.
• 4+ years on 3DEXPERIENCE programmes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluent in English; French/German is a strong advantage.
• Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE certifications or equivalent depth of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define future PLM processes and systems leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE expertise.
• Lead architecture decisions and provide senior technical authority on PLM projects.
• Conduct workshops, document outcomes, and align tools with business goals.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to influence decisions and ROI.
• Travel to Western Europe for customer projects as required.

Your mission

As a solution architect, you are responsible for defining the future of PLM processes and systems by leveraging deep 3DEXPERIENCE expertise. The role demands aligning technology with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration, process modeling, workshops, and delivering process documents, use cases, and functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage deep knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and the Value Engagement framework to drive PLM strategies.
• Understand AS‑IS processes, define TO‑BE processes, and conduct workshops to enrich or innovate business workflows.
• Provide leadership in aligning tools, processes, and user needs to achieve optimal ROI from PLM systems.
• Guide clients in making informed decisions about processes, customizations, and long/short‑term trade‑offs.
• Conduct interviews and workshops, create presentations, and document outcomes with high levels of creativity and detail.
• Demonstrate expertise in office applications and other relevant software to support PLM initiatives.
• Travel to Western Europe as required for customer projects.

You might be a great fit if…

• You have a minimum of 8 years in PLM consulting or solution architecture, including at least 4 years on 3DEXPERIENCE programmes.
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• You have led the architecture of at least two full‑lifecycle PLM implementation projects as the senior technical authority.
• You are fluent in English (mandatory); French, German, or another European language is a strong advantage.
• You hold Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform certifications, or can demonstrate equivalent depth of expertise.
• You bring executive presence and confidence when influencing C‑level stakeholders.
