Job summary

BOLD is seeking a technically skilled operations professional to manage high-volume eCommerce sites using Microsoft technologies. You will work with email marketing automation tools, data queries, and analytics to ensure campaigns run smoothly and data flows are accurate.

Collaborate across teams to optimize dashboards, resolve technical queries, and maintain site integrity. Proficiency with GTM, analytics, and CMS is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to query the DOM.
• Experience in email development and related infrastructure.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries for day-to-day operations.
• Familiarity with Consent Management platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Position Overview

The role would be to handle technical operations for high-volume eCommerce sites in Microsoft Technologies. Applicants must be mature, diligent, responsible & technically outstanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with automated tools for email marketing(e.g. Iterable, HubSpot, Blueshift, Amazon Pinpoint etc.) and other MarTech Tools (GA/GTM, Mixpanel, Segment etc)
• Resolve technical queries
• Ability to write basic SQL queries for day to day operation support.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge JQuery, JavaScript, HTML (coding email templates is advantage)
• Good knowledge SQL
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to understand and query the DOM
• Familiarity with Consent Management platforms is a plus
• Ability to understand and define data layer requirements
• Understanding of email development and related infrastructure
• Experience with both client-side and server-side Google Tag Manager (GTM)implementations
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with n-tier environment, API, cloud and web application
• Good communication
• Understand website analytics Google Analytics 4, GTM(Google Tag Manager) with Server-to-Server, Google Search Console and other such Marketing tools.
• SEO/SEM and understanding of CMS is an added advantage.
• Applicants should have the knack to resolve technical queries raised by users and product managers. Should have the ability to understand ins and outs of the website quickly.
• Ability to understand technical solutions and implement within a given framework.
