Job summary

Quest Global is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to steer the development team, shape technical decisions, and resolve complex challenges. You will partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions using C#/.NET, microservices, and cloud technologies.

You will guide design, code quality, and delivery while mentoring engineers and aligning work with architectural standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong C#/.NET, microservices architecture, REST APIs, OOP, and design patterns.
• Relational databases/SQL knowledge with NoSQL and time-series data stores.
• Hands-on cloud experience.
• Frontend exposure to React or Flutter.
• Excellent communication with product and tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture discussions for complex features.
• Guide development team on coding standards, reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.

What This Role Is About

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to guide the development team on technical decisions, solution design, and complex technical issues. You will work closely with Product Manager and Product Owners to understand requirements, translate them into solutions, and ensure the team follows the defined architecture and engineering standards. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with C#/.NET, microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies, along with good communication and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Lead with 8–12 years of software development experience, with strong hands‑on experience in C#/.NET
• Guide the team on technical design, development, and resolution of complex technical and functional issues
• Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are aligned with the defined architecture, design principles, and coding standards
• Drive code quality through code reviews, best practices, and engineering standards
• Support and mentor team members on technical challenges and development practices
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth technical delivery

Work Experience

• Experience: 8–12 years of software development experience

Mandatory Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, Engineering
• Skills: Strong C#/.NET, microservices architecture, REST APIs, object‑oriented programming, design principles and design patterns
• Databases: Strong experience with relational databases/SQL, along with knowledge of NoSQL and time‑series data stores
• Cloud: Good hands‑on experience with cloud technologies
• Frontend: Exposure to JavaScript‑based frameworks such as React or Flutter
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with product and technical stakeholders
