Benovymed Healthcare in India is seeking a Technical Lead / Sr. Full Stack Developer to own end‑to‑end development of a scalable digital health SaaS platform and e‑commerce style features. You will work across backend, database and frontend, design APIs, and maintain cloud infrastructure.

The role demands leadership, strong communication, and hands‑on expertise with Python/Java, AWS, and modern JS frameworks. Qualified candidates will have 2–8 years in full‑stack product engineering.

Qualifications

• B. Tech (EE, CSE, ECE or IT) from a reputed technology institute.
• 2 to 8 years experience as a full‑stack developer in web/mobile product engineering.
• Experience leading and collaborating in multi‑hat roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS/JavaScript; familiarity with modern JS frameworks.
• Experience with Django, AWS, databases and cloud platforms.
• AWS, Android, iOS, Kotlin, React and RESTful APIs are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end full stack development across backend, database and frontend.
• Design user interactions for web portal or app and build scalable SaaS platform.
• Develop AWS cloud servers and databases for portal and mobile app functionality.
• Create front‑end architecture and back‑end portal applications with APIs.

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Single-handed hands‑on multi‑hat role on Full Stack Development (Backend, Database, and Frontend) with end‑to‑end backend development, DBMS, B2B & B2B2C SaaS cloud platform maintenance, server‑side, client‑side to build from scratch a highly scalable digital health platform or an e‑commerce platform.
• See out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Design user interactions on the web portal or app.
• Develop AWS cloud servers and databases for the web portal and mobile app functionality, and code for mobile platforms.
• Develop front‑end web portal architecture, back‑end web portal applications, and create servers and databases.
• Ensure cross‑platform optimization for mobile phones and responsiveness of applications.
• Work alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Design and develop APIs and meet both technical and consumer needs.
• Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Test using the latest tools (Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito, Espresso).
• DevOps engineering skillsets added advantage.

Qualifications

• B. Tech (EE, CSE, ECE, IT) from a reputed technology institute.
• 2 to 8 years experience as a Full‑stack Developer in web and mobile application software product engineering post‑education qualification.
• Experience working single‑handedly and as a team member and as a leader with multi‑hat roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front‑end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, Amber.
• Experience with Django, DynamoDB, LAMP, MEAN stack.
• AWS (S3, EC2, Amazon Device Farm), Android, Kotlin, React, React‑native, Flutter, Dart, iOS, Swift, Google‑Firebase.
• Proficiency with server‑side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net, TensorFlow.
• Database knowledge: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, NoSQL.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
