We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer - Full Stack to join our innovative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will lead full‑stack development initiatives, mentor development teams, and deliver scalable solutions using modern technologies while ensuring high performance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end components using AngularJS
• Build secure RESTful APIs and backend services with Spring Boot
• Integrate and manage MongoDB for data storage and retrieval
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack
• Develop unit and integration tests for frontend and backend components
• Maintain version control using Git and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team members
