Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and technical consultants.

Architect and develop solutions leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.

Oversee code quality, testing, and deployment best practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, especially in Financial Services Cloud.

Bridge communication between technical and business teams for smooth project execution.

Represent the technical team in client meetings, workshops, and solution reviews.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
