Technical Lead - Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Salesforce Service Cloud

Skill: Salesforce B2C Commerce & Service Cloud: Strong hands-on Salesforce technical lead with experience across B2C Commerce/SFCC, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, APIs, data/configuration troubleshooting, deployments and production support, capable of leading complex incident resolution, RCA, code/config reviews and technical governance across both tracks. Candidate should be willing to work in Hybrid model and also in 2 pm to 11 pm IST shift.

Responsibility:

• Should also be able to mentor the support team, coordinate cross-cloud dependencies, drive problem management/automation, and act as the technical escalation point for L2/L3 issues.
• Own technical delivery for offshore Salesforce Commerce Cloud support.
• Must have service cloud experience also from application production support perspective.
• Lead triage and resolution of complex incidents/problems, review solution approach and code changes, and ensure quality of fixes and minor enhancements.
• Coordinate release/deployment readiness, technical RCA, performance analysis and integration troubleshooting.
• Establish coding/support standards, runbooks, monitoring and knowledge practices.
• Allocate work, mentor the team, manage technical risks and dependencies, and partner with CA team/client architects for escalations, design decisions and continuous improvement.
