Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Provide day-to-day SFCC application support, implement minor enhancements, and assist with testing, deployments and log analysis.

Candidates should be comfortable with hybrid work and a 2pm–11pm IST shift; the role involves incident handling, triage, and collaboration with catalog/content teams to maintain storefront functionality.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce platform and SFRA.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS and ISML templates.
• Familiar with Algolia search in SFCC and cartridge-based development.
• Knowledge of Business Manager, Page Designer and API integrations.
• Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot defects and perform unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce Commerce Cloud application support.
• Implement minor enhancements/changes requiring design, build and tests.
• Triage incidents, reproduce issues, analyze logs and fixes.
• Support catalog/content/configuration activities and deployment validation.
• Execute unit testing, document resolutions and update runbooks.
• Escalate complex issues and support continuous improvement.

Day‑to‑day production support, ticket resolution and maintenance. Skill: Salesforce B2C Commerce, SFRA, ISML, Algolia search in SFCC, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, cartridges, Business Manager, Page Designer, basic OCAPI/SCAPI & REST API knowledge, storefront functionality, incident/service‑request handling, defect troubleshooting & fixes, minor enhancements, log analysis, unit testing, Git and release/deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day Salesforce Commerce Cloud application support.
• Implementation of minor enhancements/changes requiring requirements understanding, design, build and unit test.
• Triage incidents and service requests, reproduce issues, analyze logs/data, resolve known defects and implement approved low‑to‑medium complexity fixes.
• Support catalog/content/configuration activities where applicable, scheduled jobs, interfaces and deployment validation.
• Execute unit testing, document resolutions, update knowledge articles/runbooks and follow incident/change/release processes.
• Escalate complex issues promptly and support continuous improvement, monitoring and shift‑left activities.

Candidate Requirements

Candidate should be willing to work in Hybrid model and also in 2pm to 11pm IST shift.
