• Develop, test and deploy code/configuration fixes and minor enhancements; perform impact analysis and peer reviews.
• Contribute to RCA/problem management, monitoring improvements, technical documentation and automation.
• Mentor developers, support release activities and participate in priority incident support and cross-location handoffs.
