Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Senior Developer in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India to join our team and support complex storefronts with production fixes and enhancements.

The role provides L2/L3 production support, incident management and mentoring, with a hybrid work model and a 2 pm–11 pm IST shift.

You'll work with Salesforce B2C Commerce, SFRA, ISML, JavaScript, OCAPI/SCAPI, REST APIs, and integrations to deliver reliable commerce experiences.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Senior Developer role with focus on production support and enhancements.
• Experience with B2C Commerce platforms and SFRA stack.
• Ability to mentor developers and handle incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 Salesforce Commerce Cloud production support and resolve medium-to-complex incidents.
• Analyze storefront, catalog, promotions, checkout, order, scheduled jobs and API/integration issues.
• Develop, test and deploy code/configuration fixes and minor enhancements; perform impact analysis and peer reviews.
• Mentor developers, support release activities and cross-location handoffs.

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Senior Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Skill: Salesforce B2C Commerce, SFRA, ISML, JavaScript, controllers/models, cartridges, Business Manager, Page Designer, OCAPI/SCAPI, REST APIs, third-party integrations, payment/order flows, production troubleshooting, log analysis, incident resolution, RCA & defect fixing, enhancements, performance troubleshooting, unit/regression testing, Git, CI/CD and deployment support.

Candidate should be willing to work in Hybrid model and also in 2 pm to 11 pm IST shift.

Responsibility: Provide L2/L3 Salesforce Commerce Cloud production support and resolve medium-to-complex incidents, defects and service requests. Implementation of minor enhancements/changes requiring requirements understanding, design, build and unit test. Analyze storefront, catalog, promotions, checkout, order, scheduled jobs and API/integration issues. Develop, test and deploy code/configuration fixes and minor enhancements; perform impact analysis and peer reviews. Contribute to RCA/problem management, monitoring improvements, technical documentation and automation. Mentor developers, support release activities and participate in priority incident support and cross-location handoffs.
