Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Technical Lead for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud. The role focuses on technical leadership, solution quality and offshore delivery, with expectations to mentor teams and drive complex incident resolution.

You will own technical delivery for SFCC support, coordinate deployments, review solutions, and establish standards, with flexibility for hybrid work and the 2 pm–11 pm IST shift.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce technical lead with SFCC and Service Cloud experience.
• Experience across B2C Commerce/SFCC, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations and APIs.
• Strong deployment, production support, incident resolution, RCA and governance skills.
• Ability to lead offshore delivery and coordinate cross-cloud workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the support team, coordinate cross-cloud dependencies, drive problem management and automation, and act as the escalation point for L2/L3 issues.
• Own technical delivery for offshore Salesforce Commerce Cloud support with Service Cloud experience in production support.
• Lead triage and resolution of incidents, review solution approaches and code changes for quality.
• Coordinate release readiness, technical RCA, performance analysis and integration troubleshooting.
• Establish coding and support standards, runbooks, monitoring and knowledge practices.
• Allocate work, manage technical risks and dependencies, and partner with client architects for escalations and decisions.

We are currently seeking a Technical Lead - Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Salesforce Service Cloud to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Technical leadership, solution quality and offshore delivery. Skill:
Salesforce B2C Commerce & Service Cloud: Strong hands-on Salesforce technical lead with experience across B2C Commerce/SFCC, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, APIs, data/configuration troubleshooting, deployments and production support, capable of leading complex incident resolution, RCA, code/config reviews and technical governance across both tracks. Candidate should be willing to work in Hybrid model and also in 2 pm to 11 pm IST shift.
