Job summary

Alcon Laboratories India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Technical Lead to drive design, automation, and operation of the Digital Health cloud platform, focusing on AWS, EKS, IaC, CI/CD, observability, security, and analytics capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, lead Kubernetes/EKS platform work with GitOps, build Terraform IaC, push CI/CD improvements, and enable AI analytics while ensuring HIPAA-compliant, scalable, high-performance systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering and DevOps.
• Experience with HIPAA/regulatory environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud platform architecture and engineering on AWS/Cloud.
• Design and operate Kubernetes/EKS platforms with GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm).
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

Summary of Position

Technical Lead involved in design, automation, and operation of the Digital Health cloud platform. Drive AWS, EKS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, security, and AI analytics platform capabilities to enable scalable, compliant, and high-performing healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cloud platform architecture and engineering on AWS/Cloud.
• Design and operate Kubernetes/EKS platforms with GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm).
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Drive CI/CD automation, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
• Enable AI Analytics and data-driven capabilities through scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Implement observability, monitoring, security, and compliance controls.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across Digital Health platform initiatives.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications
