Job summary

YASH Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior Tech Lead for Microsoft Power Platform to design and implement scalable business applications. You will drive Power Apps canvas apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse data models, while ensuring governance and security across environments.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, manage deployments, and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Expertise in Power Automate workflow design and process automation.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse including data modeling and security.

Job Description:

Primary Skills:

• 8+ Years of Overall IT Experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Extensive experience in Power Automate workflow design and process automation.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, security, and business rules.
• Strong experience with Power Platform Solution Deployment and Environment Management.
• Expertise in configuring and managing Security Roles, User Permissions, and Access Controls.
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for Power Platform.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps).
• Build and optimize workflow automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Design and manage data models, tables, relationships, and business rules within Microsoft Dataverse.
• Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, deployments, and release management across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Implement and maintain Power Platform governance, security roles, permissions, and compliance controls.
• Develop and configure custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems, REST APIs, Azure services, and third‑party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, and integration issues while ensuring performance optimization and reliability.
• Perform solution packaging, deployment, configuration migration, and environment management activities.
• Follow best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM), version control, and solution architecture.
