Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.

You will collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions across the Power Platform ecosystem. The role requires hands-on experience with Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, REST APIs, and integration with SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

5+ years of Microsoft Platform experience.
3+ years of hands-on Power Apps development.
Strong hands-on experience in Power Automate workflow development and support.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
Design and implement complex workflow automation using Power Automate.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 via APIs and custom connectors.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and integration issues.
Optimize performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
Provide training, documentation, and support for releases and enhancements.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to design, develop, and support business applications and workflow automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, designing scalable solutions, and delivering enterprise‑grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

SharePoint administration experience is desirable but should be considered a supporting skill rather than the primary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
Design and implement complex workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
SharePoint Online
SQL Server
Power BI
Microsoft 365
External applications through APIs and custom connectors.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and integration issues.
Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
Support application enhancements, releases, testing, documentation, and user training.
Maintain development standards, reusable components, and governance practices.
Provide production support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
