Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/technology experience with technical leadership exposure.

• Experience with Industry 4.0, MES/MOM, IIoT, automation, integration, or manufacturing digital transformation.
• Ability to connect manufacturing/business requirements with practical technology solutions.
• Strong client communication and technical decision‑making skills.
