Qualifications

• 4–10 years of RF planning & deployment experience.
• Proficiency with RF planning tools such as Atoll / Asset / Planet.
• Strong knowledge of 3GPP technologies (LTE, NR, NB-IoT).
• Hands-on with drive test tools (TEMS / NEMO).
• Experience in link budget and propagation modelling (COST-231, ITU-R).
• Understanding of antenna systems (MIMO, beamforming).

Responsibilities

• Plan RF coverage and capacity for LTE/5G networks.
• Perform link budget, propagation modelling, and interference analysis.
• Design small cell deployments (indoor/outdoor).
• Conduct site surveys, installation and commissioning.
• Execute drive tests and optimize network performance.
• Analyse KPIs (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, throughput) and improve coverage.
• Prepare RF design, deployment and optimisation reports.
• Collaborate with customers, government agencies, and internal teams.

We are hiring an RF Network Planning & Deployment Engineer to lead RF design, site surveys, and deploymentof 4G/5G small cell and private 5G networks across smart city, industrial, and government use cases.

• Plan RF coverage & capacity for LTE / 5G (Sub-6 GHz) networks
• Perform link budget, propagation modelling, and interference analysis
• Design small cell deployments (indoor/outdoor)
• Conduct site surveys, installation, and commissioning
• Execute drive tests / walk tests and optimize network performance
• Analyse KPIs (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, throughput) and improve coverage
• Prepare RF design, deployment, and optimisation reports
• Collaborate with customers, government agencies, and internal teams

Required Skills

• Experience in RF planning & deployment (LTE/5G)
