HR Hai is seeking an experienced technical leader in Gurugram to guide architecture, ensure code quality, and mentor a development team. The role involves delivering projects with strong stakeholder engagement and driving sprint planning in Jira.

The candidate should have extensive hands-on development experience, proficiency in Java/Python, and deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and deployment strategies in an Azure environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of development experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of designing, managing and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong skills in CI/CD, Git, Microservices, Java and Python.
