You will drive architecture discussions, implement robust CI/CD, and collaborate with product owners, architects and QA to ensure high-quality solutions and timely delivery for client projects in a hybrid work model.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Java to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native technologies, along with proven leadership capabilities to mentor development teams and drive successful project delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot Microservices.
• Drive technical architecture, solution design, and code quality across development teams.
• Mentor and guide developers by conducting code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate applications using API Gateways (NGINX preferred).
• Build scalable, containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with ReactJS (or Angular/JavaScript) teams to ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL, CouchDB, or other SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Implement messaging and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Ensure application quality by implementing unit, integration, and automation testing using JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cucumber.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical estimations, sprint planning, and release management.
• Manage project risks, technical issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive CI/CD best practices and cloud-native deployments on Azure or AWS.
• Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, security, and performance optimization.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Java application development.
• Strong experience building Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience integrating applications through API Gateways and authentication mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL database design and optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects.
