Job summary

Godrej Infotech seeks a seasoned Tech Lead to design scalable, secure architecture and lead end-to-end application delivery. The role requires deep expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, API design, and enterprise integration.

You will own production support, drive incident and change management, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with emphasis on design and architecture.
• 4+ years in a Tech Lead role with customer facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end application support and maintenance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical production issues and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
• Lead incident, problem and change management, perform RCA, and implement preventive actions.
• Monitor health, performance and uptime of applications; coordinate with infra, security and vendor teams.
• Manage production deployments and releases; review logs, alerts and dashboards.
• Ensure security, compliance and vulnerability remediation; maintain docs and approvals for fixes.
• Drive automation, service improvements and monthly management reporting.
• Mentor team members, plan resources and manage risks and dependencies.
• Plan capacity, scalability improvements and communicate status to stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and cost effective technology solutions that align with organizational goals and business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and GCP, microservices, API design and integration, distributed systems, and enterprise wide integration solutions, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures. Tech Lead JD as below Own end to end application support and maintenance. Act as the primary escalation point for critical production issues. Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and availability commitments. Lead incident, problem, and change management activities. Conduct Root Cause Analysis RCA and implement preventive actions. Monitor application health, performance, and uptime. Coordinate with business users, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams. Manage production deployments and release activities. Review logs, alerts, and monitoring dashboards regularly. Ensure application security, compliance, and vulnerability remediation. Maintain technical and operational documentation. Review and approve code fixes and enhancements. Drive service improvement initiatives and automation opportunities. Prepare monthly service reports and management dashboards. Conduct team mentoring, resource planning, and knowledge transfer sessions. Manage risks, dependencies, and support escalations. Ensure database performance, backup, and recovery readiness. Support audits and compliance requirements. Plan capacity and scalability improvements. Communicate project and support status to stakeholders.
