Job summary

SheJobs Group in India is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong C/C++ and Python, Linux and Embedded expertise to drive architecture and delivery across Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad.

You will mentor engineers, manage projects, remove blockers, and ensure on-time releases using Agile practices. Candidates with RTOS, UML design, and DevOps CI/CD experience are preferred; join a hands-on team and shape critical embedded systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team and coordinate delivery.
• Report progress and blockers to stakeholders and management.
• Remove technical blockers to ensure timely releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and QA to meet program goals.
