Job summary

Guardinger Advanced Technologies in Pune, India is seeking an experienced software architect/lead to design and own the architecture of production-grade software in C++/Qt/QML. You will lead a development team, set coding standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers and clients.

This on-site role requires 8-10 years in C++/Qt/QML, experience guiding teams, and familiarity with MVC/MVVM, CI/CD, Git, and agile/waterfall processes.

• Comfortable owning architecture and design decisions rather than implementing someone else's.
• Background in product engineering, embedded systems, defence, industrial automation or similar domains where software runs on real hardware.
• Based in Pune or willing to relocate. This is an on-site role.
