Job summary

ARTH is seeking an experienced Team Lead - Full Stack Engineering to guide the design, development, and delivery of web and mobile apps. You will mentor engineers, drive engineering excellence, and partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to ship high‑quality, scalable products.

You will lead frontend with React/React Native and backend with Python (Django/FastAPI), oversee APIs, databases, CI/CD, security, and performance, and help shape roadmaps and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in React and React Native for modern web and cross‑platform mobile apps.
• Extensive Python experience, with Django or FastAPI.
• RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integrations.

Requirements

• Experience with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI development.
• Hands‑on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and modern deployment practices is preferred.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.

Leadership Requirements

• Proven experience leading or mentoring software development teams.

Qualifications
