Job summary

Srs Business Solutions India is seeking an experienced .NET engineer to design, build, and modernize enterprise applications. You will lead architecture, define coding standards, and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices in C# with .NET Core/.NET 6+.

The role requires mentoring juniors, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving secure, high-quality software across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core
• Define application architecture, technical solutions, coding standards, and development best practices
• Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards
• Lead technical discussions, identify risks, and provide effective solutions to complex technical problems
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through technical coaching and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders
• Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning
• Implement automated testing and participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and production support
• Work with Azure/AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern DevOps practices
• Drive modernization of legacy applications and adoption of modern .NET technologies
• Ensure applications follow secure coding practices and enterprise architecture standards
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical planning
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes and architecture
