Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development with at least 3+ years as a Technical Lead.
• Experience in Manufacturing, HVAC, Mechanical or related product domains.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 8+, EF, and Web API development.
• Experience designing and developing microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of AO design, patterns, and clean architecture.
• Database expertise with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including performance tuning.
• Experience with messaging systems like Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Version control with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Strong CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps practices, and IaC.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
