Job summary

Rempact in Gurugram, India is seeking a Tech Lead who combines hands-on coding with technical leadership to drive product initiatives in a fast-paced startup setting.

You will own architecture, design, and delivery, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ship scalable, secure systems end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of software engineering experience with hands-on development
• 4+ years in a technical leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of DSA, OOP, databases, APIs, distributed systems, system design and fundamentals
• Hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade applications
• Proven experience owning architecture and technical decisions for major initiatives
• Experience across backend and frontend and ability to contribute across the stack
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Startup experience or ability to operate in a startup-like environment

Working Days: 6 (Mon-Fri) (1st and 4th Saturday)
