Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a Technical Lead (10+ years) in Gurugram (Hybrid) to lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise-grade Java applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive improvements in engineering practices.

Ideal candidates will have strong Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and AWS experience and a track record of leading 5–10 associates in a fast-paced IT services environment.
