Job summary

Iris Software in Noida is seeking a Java Full Stack Lead with 8-10 years of experience to architect and drive enterprise applications. You will lead cross-functional teams across Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices, shaping the technology strategy and modernization efforts.

The role demands strong leadership, architectural vision, and hands-on capability in cloud-native environments. On-site role with opportunities for growth and impact across critical projects.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
• Strong knowledge of Angular, Java, and related frontend/backend tech.
• Experience with microservices architectures and REST APIs.
• Multithreading and concurrency handling.
• Hibernate ORM and database integration.
• Spring Boot and Spring Security (JWT).
• Understanding of design principles and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular and Microservices.
• Lead strategic technical decisions for modernization and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and reusable frameworks.
• Lead engineering teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive non-functional requirements like scalability, observability, security, and DR.
• Oversee DevOps adoption, CI/CD automation and containerization.

• Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
• Establish engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across teams.
