Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of customer journeys using AEP and Journey Optimiser.

• Oversee technical architecture decisions for AEP based solutions by defining integration patterns data flows and governance models that ensure reliability security and long term maintainability.
• Drive configuration and optimization of Adobe Journey Optimiser by creating sophisticated journey rules audience segments and decision strategies that improve engagement and conversion outcomes.

• Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser including data ingestion schema design audience creation and journey orchestration for complex enterprise scenarios.
• Possess eight to ten years of experience in technical roles with substantial responsibility for solution design system integration and delivery of customer or operations focused platforms in a multinational context.
• Apply solid understanding of supply chain and operations domains by interpreting process flows inventory considerations and service levels into meaningful customer journey and data requirements when relevant.
• Utilize program management exposure to plan activities estimate effort manage risks and coordinate stakeholders ensuring that technical delivery aligns with timelines and strategic outcomes.
• Bring proven experience working in hybrid models by effectively collaborating with onsite and remote team members using structured communication practices and shared tools in a day shift environment.
• Show advanced proficiency in data integration techniques API based communication and batch processing as needed to connect AEP with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
