We are looking for a Technical Lead who has 9 to 13 years of experience with strong architectural thinking and hands-on expertise, who can grow into an Enterprise Architect role within the next 3-5 years. This position will play a key role in designing, building, and evolving enterprise-grade products and solutions.

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Technical Architect in enterprise-scale systems.
• Deep expertise in .NET/C#, ReactJS, RESTful APIs, and relational databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise applications built on .NET/C#, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and review frontend architectures using ReactJS, along with backend services and APIs.
• Define and govern application architecture, including service interactions, data models, and integration patterns.
• Drive best practices for API design, database design (RDBMS), and system scalability.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality benchmarks.
• Mentor and guide development teams, helping engineers grow technically and architecturally.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

DevOps, Security & Cloud

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines with a DevSecOps mindset, including security, compliance, and automation best practices.
• Hands-on or architectural experience with AWS services, including cloud-native design principles.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and operational excellence across environments.
