Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across full stack ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in application architecture, cloud platforms, distributed systems, enterprise security, and integration patterns.

The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving architecture strategy, and leading engineering teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and maintainable systems.

This role combines hands-on technical depth with architectural leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Technical Strategy

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, data, security, and infrastructure layers.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance system designs.

• Design Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
• Integrate with enterprise identity providers such as Azure AD, Okta, Auth0, or similar platforms.
• Define secure API access mechanisms including token-based authentication (JWT).
• Implement secrets management and secure credential storage.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct architecture risk assessments, threat modeling, and mitigation planning.
• Establish DevSecOps practices including automated security scanning and vulnerability management.

Performance, Reliability & Scalability

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and system resilience.
• Implement caching strategies, load balancing, and distributed system optimization.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive solutions.
• Define SLAs, SLOs, and reliability engineering practices.

Technical Leadership & Delivery Ownership

• Lead engineering teams across multiple projects or programs.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and coaching to developers and technical leads.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and delivery governance.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and production issues.
• Ensure quality, maintainability, and long-term sustainability of solutions.

Stakeholder & Business Collaboration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and leadership to define technology solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Modern frontend frameworks (React or similar).
• Backend technologies (.NET, Java, Python, Node.js).
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native principles.
• Strong experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience leading large-scale or complex technology implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar).
• Experience with solution estimation, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Architecture certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, etc.) are a plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms, modern analytics ecosystems, or data engineering is a plus.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Information Technology) is required.
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds may be considered if they have 100% relevant professional experience in software engineering and architecture.
