Bitcot Inc. is seeking an experienced Tech Lead and Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions. You will lead end-to-end system design for web and enterprise applications, guiding teams and aligning technical decisions with business goals.

You should have hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), strong microservices and API skills, and excellent communication to collaborate with stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development and architecture.
• Strong system design and architecture experience.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with modern tech stacks: React, Node.js, Java, .NET.
• Solid understanding of microservices and APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Tech Lead/Solution Architect (8 – 12+ Years)

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead and Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design, cloud architecture, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end system architecture for web and enterprise applications
• Define technical solutions, frameworks, and best practices
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications
• Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers
