• Implement microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions (Azure).
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and oversee testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA in an Agile delivery model.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and best practices. This role requires deep expertise in the.NET ecosystem, cloudtechnologies, microservices, and DevOpspractices.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Able to take up coding tasks
• Leadand mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
• Make keytechnical decisions related todesign, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Drive code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.

Hands-On Development

• Develop and maintain high-quality.NET Core / .NET 4+ applications.
• Implementmicroservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions(Azure).
• Strong hands-on experience inC#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework,SQL Server PostgreSQL.
• Handson experience withfront-end frameworks(React, Angular)
• Expertise inMicroservices Architecture, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Kubernetes/Docker.
• Strong database skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications onAzure or AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines usingAzure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Optimize applications forscalability, security, and performance.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely withOnsite(United States) product managers, Developers, UX designers, and QA team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ yearsof experience in software development with .NETtechnologies.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience withDomain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture.
