Job summary

CPC seeks a Technical Lead in Bengaluru with 10-15 years of experience in mechanical design of fluid pumps. You will independently conceptualize and lead pump design using CAD, FEA, CFD, and NPD processes to meet product requirements.

You will review BOMs and manufacturing drawings, develop design calculation tools, and prepare test plans to verify performance. Strong communication and data-centre pump experience are essential in this global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of pump design experience.
• Experience with NPD/VAVE and data centre pumps.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize pump design and lead CAD/FEA/CFD work.
• Develop new design calculation tools from first principles.
• Create concept design using CAD and optimize with FEA/CFD.
• Review BOM, CAD models and manufacturing drawings for pump parts.
