Job summary

Talentco is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead / Solution Architect to drive design, development and integration of modern web, mobile and enterprise applications. You will lead a developers team and own architecture, security and delivery across SAP/ERP integrations and modern tech stacks.

The role requires 7–10 years in software development, 3+ years in senior technical roles, and strong experience with PHP/Laravel, React/Next.js and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 7+ to 10 years total software development experience.
• 3+ years in Technical Lead / Solution Architect roles.
• 5+ years hands-on enterprise web applications and APIs experience.
• 3+ years PHP/Laravel experience.
• Strong React/Next.js and TypeScript experience.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and APIs (SAP/ERP preferred).
• Cloud, CI/CD, Docker and Git experience.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure architectures for web, mobile and enterprise apps.
• Lead and mentor a team; set coding, architecture, security standards.
• Provide technical leadership across PHP/Laravel, .NET, React/Next.js and TS.
• Oversee integrations with SAP, ERP, CRM, POS, eCommerce; payment gateways and banking APIs.
• Design and implement REST APIs, OData, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and JWT.
• Guide database architecture with MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Support mobile apps with Flutter, React Native, iOS and Android.
• Establish cloud and DevOps in AWS/Azure; Docker; Git; CI/CD.

Technical Lead / Solution Architect Digital Applications

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development and integration of modern web, mobile and enterprise applications across the Group. The role will lead a team of developers and be responsible for architecture, technology standards, security, integrations and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure and high-performance web, mobile and enterprise application architectures.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers; establish coding, architecture, security and development standards.
• Provide technical leadership across PHP/Laravel, .NET, React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• Design and oversee integrations with SAP, ERP, CRM, POS, eCommerce, payment gateways, banking APIs and delivery partners.
• Design and implement REST APIs, OData, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and JWT.
• Guide database architecture and optimization using MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Provide technical guidance for mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, iOS and Android.
• Establish cloud and DevOps practices using AWS/Azure, Docker, Git and CI/CD.
• Ensure applications follow OWASP, secure coding and data protection standards.
• Conduct architecture/code reviews, technology evaluations and technical assessments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and ensure application reliability and scalability.
• Drive reusable components, automation, quality engineering and reduction of external vendor dependency

Experience

• 7 to 10 years total experience in software development/application engineering.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead, Solution Architect or Senior Technical role.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience developing enterprise web applications and APIs.
• 3+ years experience with PHP/Laravel
• Strong experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript and modern web development.
• Proven experience designing enterprise integrations and APIs, preferably including SAP/ERP.
• Experience with payment gateways, eCommerce, banking, logistics or other transaction‑based integrations is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud, CI/CD, Docker and Git.
• Proven experience leading developers, conducting code reviews and delivering applications through development, deployment and production support
