Qualifications

• Proficient in API integrations and data synchronization patterns.
• Ability to architect and troubleshoot enterprise-grade deployments.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and creating scalable playbooks.
• Knowledge of enterprise security: firewalls, SOC 2, GDPR, identity governance.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or IT Integration roles with increasing responsibility.
• Strong expertise in SSO protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
• Hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting identity provider (IdP) configurations.
• Strong experience in HCM integrations with platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Expertise in API integrations and data synchronization patterns.
• Ability to handle complex enterprise-level technical issues and act as an escalation point.
• Proven experience in creating documentation, runbooks, and scalable processes.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior technical team members.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts including firewalls, SOC 2, GDPR, and identity governance.
