Job summary

Wipro in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors integration specialist to develop CPI/Boomi/ABAP integrations and support the SuccessFactors API. The role requires hands-on SF integration work, API provisioning, and client-focused configuration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.

• SuccessFactors module certifications in one module or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create custom CPI/Boomi and/or ABAP integrations for SuccessFactors.
• Develop standard as well as custom integrations according to the functional and technical specifications
• Provide support on SuccessFactors API.
• Creating SFAPI accounts.
• Setting up API RBP permissions, creating test records, and the like.
• Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients’ business requirements and objectives; develop system configurations to satisfy client needs.
• Troubleshoot and find a resolution of assigned system defects.
• Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables.
• Perform unit-testing of integrations.
• Partner with project managers to ensure project work is kept within budget.
• Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
• Participate in weekly internal team meetings.
• Increase knowledge of modules and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

This position requires a strong understanding of SuccessFactors and prior experience with integration development. Expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SuccessFactors API is required. Dell Boomi and ABAP experience is highly preferred. This role is also responsible for providing feedback regarding design and integration development recommendations. The ideal candidate for this position will be certified in at least one SuccessFactors module but equivalent SuccessFactors experience will be taken into consideration.

Essential Functions:

• Functions as an individual contributor to the project Technical workstream.
• Create custom CPI/Boomi and/or ABAP integrations for SuccessFactors.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.
• 3+ years of hands‑on SuccessFactors technical implementation experience.
• SuccessFactors module certifications in one module or equivalent experience.
• Experienced in SAP CPI and/or Boomi and/or ABAP with SuccessFactors experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.
• Associate Certified in one module as a minimum (CPI)
• Understand SFAPI and ODATA API provided by SuccessFactors
• Understand various web service protocols (Soap, REST)
• Programming languages: Java (groovy for CPI) and/or ABAP

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience or knowledge of Human Resources and/or payroll.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Understanding of HR functions and business processes.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors product.
• Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients in order to build relationships.
• Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
