Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks an HVAC Design/Drafting professional to prepare detailed layouts, ducting sizes, and equipment arrangements for a range of projects. You will develop chilled water and VRF layouts, create builders work drawings, and coordinate with other MEP services while delivering CAD-based sections, schedules, and GFC drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC layouts with varying levels of detailing for different stages of the project.
• Prepare AC Ventilation Duct sizing and layouts.
• Prepare HVAC equipment layouts including Chiller, Pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF and ventilation fans.
• Create HVAC layouts and space planning, plant room drawings.
• Develop chilled water and VRF system layouts & SLDs.
• Prepare HVAC builders work drawings and coordinate with other MEP services.
• Generate mechanical 2D drawings and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Create sections, schedules, and schematics in CAD.
• Prepare GFC drawings and coordinated MEP drawings.
• Carry out basic HVAC calculations for fresh air, exhaust and ventilation ACPH.
• Prepare measurement sheets for ducting, piping, valves, and HVAC equipment summaries.
• Report to supervisor and assist with assigned tasks.
• Mentor and guide junior drafters in engineering deliverables.

Role & responsibilities

Preparation of HVAC layouts with various levels of detailing for different stages of the

• Preparation of AC Ventilation Duct sizing and layouts.
• Preparation of HVAC Equipment, Chiller, Pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF, Ventilations fans etc.

Must possess with 4-5 years of professional experience in HVAC system design/drafting.

• Must possess the ability to develop complex drawings with minimal guidance from other

senior staff.

• Should have flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines and can

be relied on to meet deadlines.
